St Patrick's Festival
The 2027 festival runs from 13 to 17 March in Dublin, with the parade at midday on the 17th. Most events are free, so it is easy to make a day of it with friends.

Galway International Arts Festival
Two weeks of theatre, music, circus, dance and visual art across Galway City in the second half of July. The 2026 festival ran from 13 to 26 July, so watch for next year's dates.

Lisdoonvarna Matchmaking Festival
Ireland's best known singles festival fills Lisdoonvarna in Co. Clare for the whole of September, with music and dancing in every bar. The 2026 festival ran from 1 to 30 September.
